Our Services

Monroe Home Care Shoppe believes in offering the best services possible. From delivery to repair, billing assistance to hands on instruction, and one-on-one care to support groups, we are there for you. We want your home medical equipment and supply experience to be the best it can be.

Our services include, but are not limited to:

  • Evaluation of client for specialized products
  • Time and labor involved with trial fittings and product sampling
  • Labor for warranty repair of defective products
  • Pick-up and delivery of product
  • Monitoring use of product
  • Billing of primary or secondary payer sources
  • Reworking of denied claims
  • Completing compliance reports
  • User compliance reports
  • Product and technology training for physicians and therapists
  • Cleaning of equipment
  • Providing equipment in special cases prior to being able to bill for them
  • We Accept Medicare assignment
  • Support groups (see below)

Monroe Home Care Shoppe takes the extra steps to support those who use our products and supplies by hosting various support groups. If you have any more question s about these groups, please call us.

Monthly Women's Cancer Support Group, held 2nd Tuesday of the Month at 7:00 PM at the Monroe Home Care Shoppe.

Monthly Group for Men dealing with illness or death of a spouse held the 2nd and 4th Monday of the month at 7:00 PM at the Monroe Home Care Shoppe.

Monthly Diabetic Support Group held the 3rd Wednesday of the month at 7 PM at the Monroe Home Care Shoppe.
